Personal Training Tailored to You 

At Rock On Fitness, personal training is just that. Plus, with our three designated training rooms, you have options for how you’d like to train, including one-on-one personal training, buddy training and group training.

Your personal training sessions are tailored to you. Each program is individual and comes jammed packed with nutritional guidance and mentoring to help you maximise your results. Our trainers focus on technique and safety to avoid injury and to get the most out of every rep and every set. Our priority is working with you to help you achieve your goals and get the results that count!

Our Process 

When you sign up with us, we will sit down with you and find out what you want to achieve. Whether it it’s fitness, muscle growth and tone, sport-specific training, rehabilitation or general wellbeing, we’re here to motivate and push you all the way. 

We’ll have you complete an initial fitness test to establish a baseline so we can accurately track your progression. Our qualified trainers can develop a customised daily eating plan designed to help you develop more lean muscle and meet your weight loss or muscle growth goals. 

We will also do a postural analysis to identify any imbalances obtained during your day-to-day life activities. Our training techniques can help you gain strength and flexibility for a pain-free, stress-free daily routine.

Buddy Training 
Training in pairs is even more fun! If you have a buddy who is interested in personal training, team up and share the cost, pain and results. Our personal trainers offer buddy training for up to 3 people. You will get the same package as our 1:1 clients for a fraction of the cost. 
Getting Started 
Save time before your first visit by filling out the Waiver Form and Pre-Exercise Questionnaire at home. Download, complete and bring these forms with you to your initial visit.
